Compassion Ecology
Compassion Ecology is a way of revitalising life through deep connection with self, others, and nature.
Thinking and feeling compassion in our decision making and actions can be at the centre of how we engage with all three.

-
We are not separate from nature, but part of a living system
-
Our inner life (thoughts, emotions, healing) is linked to the health of our relationships and communities
-
Environmental care and human wellbeing are inseparable, not separate concerns
-
Compassion—toward self, others, and the Earth—is a guiding principle for how we live, work, and create.
Our programs offer:
-
Nature-based retreats and wellbeing practices
-
Trauma-informed or reflective personal development work
-
Community-building and belonging practices
-
Creative expression (story, poetry, art, ritual)
-
Sustainable and relational ways of living and leading with compassion.
This sits at the intersection of social ecology, psychology, and Nature based spirituality, without requiring a dominant dogma. The principals that guide our approach are offered in social ecology, nature based, ethical and experiential.

Together in our compassionate care cirlces and retreats in nature, we grow stronger, and belong to a caring and creative community.
When you attend each cirlce you are invited to contribute with courage and confidence and the wisdom to be with what arises and passes through the transitions and continuous cycle of our lives.
